Confirmation
- Bookings are provisional until payment is received.
- Payment is to be made 28 days prior to the start of the course - unless otherwise agreed.
- On receipt of payment, a booking confirmation, receipt and pre-course information will be issued.
- Cam First Aid reserves the right to cancel a course.
- In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled by Cam First Aid, a full refund of fees will be made.
- Cam First Aid's liabilities are limited to a refund of course fees.
- If candidates/purchasers cancel a reservation or fail to attend a course for which they have reserved a place, Cam First Aid reserves the right to retain all related fees.
- In the event of a course being cancelled at short notice, Cam First Aid will attempt to contact all candidates using the contact information provided at the time of booking.
- First Aid is an active, practical subject. Participant are normally expected to be physically fit enough to kneel, twist and bend over simulated casualties, to sit on the floor, to perform simulated CPR, roll, help roll and help lift simulated casualties. If in doubt, please consult with us before booking.
- Some courses include an outdoor element, in these cases candidates are are responsible for provision of their own suitable clothing - please contact us for further advice.
- For indoor training sessions, wear loose comfortable clothing, not shorts or low cut tops.
- Candidates should bring to our attention any medical condition that may affect their ability to participate in the course safely and without causing harm to themselves.
- Candidates are responsible for behaving in a manner appropriate to this type of course where physical contact is intrinsic to the training. unacceptable behaviour or comments may lead to individuals being asked to leave the course and no refund of fees will be made.
- Candidates will be responsible for the cost and repair of any wilful damage caused by them to the training venue or materials.
