A 6-hour course suitable for people who work in 'low risk' environments, including most shops, offices & restaurants, etc. Also suitable as a general introduction to basic first aid.
The course covers the essentials of managing immediate, potentially life threatening incidents. Ideal for anyone who is required to take charge at an incident.

Revalidation
This certificate is revalidated by attending another Emergency First Aid at Work course in 3 years time. It is also recommended that a 3-hour refresher course is completed in each intervening year.

- A systematic approach to incident management
- Unconsciousness, causes and treatment
- External bleeding, internal bleeding and shock
- Resuscitation procedures including choking
- Awareness of current regulations
- Interactive hands on practical training
- One CPR training manikin per 2 participants

- A recognised certificate valid for 3 years
